Jeffrey Pearce

Colorist
Jeffrey believes that a woman’s hair color should reflect her personality. He deftly matches the desired
color with not just one’s skin tone, but their lifestyle as well. Jeffrey believes in variation with hints of
both light and dark, regardless of the desired tone. Using cotton pads instead of traditional foils, he
creates the appearance of free movement and flow. He has worked with several beauty companies
including Wella, Clairol and Avon, in addition to working with several top models including Petra
Nemcova and Dayanara Torres.

Alexandra Matiz

Colorist
Alexandra has been a colorist and stylist for over 15 years. Throughout her career, she has trained
in Europe and the United States. She has spent over 7 years working as an educator for Wella
professionals at The Studio in NYC and LA. In 2006 and 2008, Matiz was a presenter at Trend Vision
Awards in Milan and Lisbon. This event was the forecast determining trends for hair worldwide. Matiz
is a former Color Cadre/Spokesperson for Wella Profesionals conducting many interviews for national
and international publications as well as editorial events. In 2009, Matiz shared her visions and
created hair colors for the Thakoon Spring 2010 collection at New York Fashon Weeek.

Daniel Fortunato

Colorist
Daniel Fortunato was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil where he began his career in hair at the age of 15.
He trained with renowned hairstylist and Wella Creative Director, Roger Lluzcar and also attended
advanced styling classes with Patrick Cameron of P&G, Vidal Sasson and Toni & Guy. Daniel was
hired by the Wella training studio in Brazil, and later the NYC location, to teach advanced color
techniques and product knowledge to salon professionals. Soon after moving to NYC, he was hired
by Patrick Melville Salon. His clients include celebrities and supermodels and his work has been
featured at the Academy Awards and in several hair color campaigns.

Lori Esposito

Colorist
The beauty industry has been Lori’s passion for over 35 years. At an early age she would go to her
father’s salon in New York City and soon came to appreciate and love the art of hairdressing. Lori
honed her skills by working as a stylist, colorist and educator for several high-profile, international
companies. She is currently the Creative Organic Color Advisor & Educator for Organic Color Systems.
“I really started to take it to the next level when I began working with Organic Color 8 years ago.” Lori
says, “Now working in New York City, I have found it really rewarding making my clients beautiful in
a much safer approach.”

Jared Riccardi
